What are your payment methods?

We only accept Paypal at the moment. Credit Card payment will be available soon.

How long does Lalables take to process orders?

Processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. This involves style and size check, stock status, etc. If your order has stock availability issues in terms of colour, size and style, it would take maximum of 5 days to make your item depending on our backlog. We are working very hard to hire more crochet artists in the future to cater your beachwear needs better and faster. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

How long does shipping take?

Can I track my order?

Tracking number will be sent to you after dispatching your order. All movement is completely trackable. Guaranteed Express Delivery Signature on delivery required.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We care about our customers' health. Please understand that we do not return or exchange on our crochet bikinis for hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty. Click here to learn more about our return policy.

Do you accept refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds.

What if I received a damaged item?

We always do quality control on our bikinis but in the rare occasions that the suit you purchased has a defect, please contact us immediately and we will take care of it.
