All of our products are handmade and the sizes is made just for you. Unfortunately all purchases made are non-refundable. It is important to order your correct sizing to avoid order issues.


WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
Lalables guarantees its products to be free from damage. We carefully check the items by hand before shipping it. In such rare case, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us at hello@lalables.com within 5 days of receiving your order and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.

I GOT WRONG ITEM/SIZE RECEIVED?
We all make mistakes. In rare case like this, we will take full responsibility. Please notify us at hello@lalables.com within 5 days of receiving your order and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.


THE ITEM DOES NOT FIT, CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
We already provide the correct size chart for your fitting guide. Unfortunately we cannot exchange the item due to hygiene reasons.
